Welcome to GATORBIZ. By accessing or using our website, AI voice and chat employees, reviews automation, CRM, and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time build fees identified during your strategy session are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. AI Outputs

AI responses are generated based on the configuration and training data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI behavior and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and your industry's regulations.

4. Telephony & Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining all required consents (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, etc.) for calls, texts, and recordings handled by your AI employees.

5. Intellectual Property

All GATORBIZ trademarks, content, and software are owned by GATORBIZ or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GATORBIZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
